Anaerobic condition inside the jar       con be observed by color change of steel wool.   4) Petri dish holder which allows very eash setting and removal       of dishes. Although portable in size, equipped with vacuum pump. vacuum gauge, gas inlet nozzies (11mmφ) and all necessary control swiches and pilot lights for well-controlled CO2 and N2 gas anaerobic incubation. Can be used combined with jars No. J-45/ J -20 (Optional) or conventional anaerobic jars.
